The Story
Duane Mangalindan is a Filipino-American entrepreneur based in Humboldt, Tennessee. He spent over a decade as a REALTOR, served in association leadership, and built a career helping local businesses show up, stand out, and close.
Today he leads marketing for a regional real estate firm, co-owns a home care business, and runs Jeepney Ventures: his AI marketing consultancy built for small-market operators who are tired of being told the big strategies don't apply to them.
He started taking AI seriously in September 2023. He didn't just adopt it. He aimed it.
